煲仔飯

　今日は仕事の帰りに油麻地まで行って来た。先日撮ったHOLGAの写真を受け取るためだ。HOLGAのフィルムは特殊なため、取り扱っている写真屋がそう多くない。（取り扱っていても受け取りまでに時間がかかる。）
　写真を無事受け取った後、夕食を男人街で食べる事にした。この男人街周辺は香港らしさが残っていて、私のお気に入りの場所の一つだ。
　香港料理を紹介するサイトは他にも沢山あるので、このブログでは特に食べ物を紹介するつもりは無かった。しかしいかにも男人街らしい小汚い食堂で初めて食べた煲仔飯（ボウチャイファン）に私はかなり驚いた。うまい。しかもたった20HK＄。また油麻地まで写真を受け取りにくるたびに煲仔飯を食べようと思う。
もちろん好き嫌いはあるだろうが、自信を持ってお勧め出来る一品である。

Bou Chau Fan

After working, we went to Yau Ma Tei to receive the photos taken by HOLGA the other day. The films for HOLGA are special so that there are not so many photo shops dealing with these films.
After receiving photos, we decided to eat out at Yau Ma Tei, where is one of my favorite place in Hong Kong because this place, especially around Temple Street remains typical Hong Kong atmosphere.
There are many other web sites introducing Hong Kong food, so I don't intend to introduce it in my blog.
However, I ate Bou Chau Fan? , which is name of food and illustrated above photo, at a little bit dirty restaurant and Bou Chau Fan made me really surprise. It's delicious and the price was only 20HK$.
I will eat Bou Chau Fan every I come here to receive HOLGA's photos.
Off course, it depens on taste (I mean peaple's favorite), I recommend this food confidently.
